EPIC VAULT may collect account information such as name, email address, shipping details, and order activity when customers browse the site or submit checkout details. We may also gather limited device and session information to improve performance, security, and usability.
Only the information necessary to support storefront operations, customer support, and future order processing is intended to be retained.
Customer information is used to support account experiences, order summaries, shipping preparation, and storefront personalization. It may also help us improve product discovery, navigation clarity, and service quality over time.
We do not design the experience to expose personal information publicly, and we aim to minimize internal access to customer data wherever practical.
We intend to implement reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect customer information when backend services are connected. Access controls, secure storage, and data minimization principles are part of that roadmap.
Information will be retained only for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or support legitimate operational requirements.
